Banking Services - First Mobile - Mobile Banking


Mobile Banking is very similar to Internet Banking except it's designed to work on your mobile device. With mobile banking you don't have to worry about carrying around a computer with you any longer or waiting until you get home to make a funds transfer to your account! You can just pull out your mobile device and have the funds transferred or check your account balance in a matter of seconds! The best thing about it is you don't have to call anyone to get signed up, you can set yourself up for mobile banking instantly inside First Online!

 

Self enroll for First Mobile to start banking via your mobile device!

  • Visit www.fnbmh.com and log on to First Online with your User ID and Password*
  • When self enrolling online, access the Preferences Menu
  • Select Mobile
  • Check the box "Yes, enable my UserID and Password for use on my mobile device"
  • Please make a note of the address provided by the system. This address is required to access your mobile services. You may also email this addess to yourself by entering your email address in the text box on the screen the click the Send button
  • Select the Mobile Authorizations tab at the top
  • Enter a 4-digit numeric code in the box to be used when submitting transactions on your mobile device. You need to remember this code**
  • Click the Submit button at the bottom of the page
  • Wach for the following message: "You have successfully updated your mobile settings"
  • Begin enjoying First Mobile

*If you need a First Online User ID and Password please call your local branch to set up your First Online account. After establishing your First Online account, you may elect to self enroll in First Mobile.


**When submitting a transaction, it will ask for your Mobile Authorization Code (MAC), this is the code you established when you set up your First Mobile account.

What mobile devices are supported for Mobile Banking?

Our mobile banking is based on your device's (e.g. phone) mobile browser, and not the phone model or carrier you use. Therefore, it is compatible with a very large range of devices. Of course, you need to have Internet access in your charge plan with your carrier to use our services.

How do I use First Mobile?

To log into First Mobile:

Your User ID and Password for First Online are the same for First Mobile
There are several links on the first page including:
· Secure Email Messages: says "You have X new messages"
· Each account has it's own link to the details of that account
· Account Overview - This is the home page you come to automatically when logging into First Mobile
· Review Account Details - This screen shows you details such as balance information, interest information, last deposit amount and last statement date
· Review Account History - This screen shows you the items posted to your accounts
· Review Online Activity - This screen shows you all activity such as transfers and payments you have made via online banking or mobile banking
· Make a Transfer - This screen allows you to make a funds transfer between your accounts
· Messages & Alerts - This screen allows you access to communicate with the bank and view any alerts you have setup within Online Banking.
· Sign Off

6. Click the Submit button at the bottom of the page

What is my Login ID and Password for First Mobile?

The Login ID and Password for Mobile Banking is the same as Online Banking.

My password is long and makes it difficult to logon to First Mobile, what can I do?

If your current password is long than the minimum required length per our password policy, you can change your password on Internet Banking to shorten it within our policy limit. Our password policy is 4 digits containing at least 1 number. How to change your password:
· Log into First Online
· Click on the Preferences Tab
· Choose Security from the drop down menu
· Under the Password Tab you can change your password by entering your Old Password first then choose you new password and type your new password again in the confirm password box.
· Click the button to Submit Password Change

What is a Mobile Authorization Code, or MAC?

A Mobile Authorization Code is a secondary password chosen by the customer to be used inside Mobile Banking when authorizing transactions. This code is also used when accounts are setup to require dual-approval.

I am having problems submitting my transactions, it is asking me for a MAC (Mobile Authorization Code), what do I do?
